CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- For those residents already receiving their new automated refuse and recycling carts, you may officially kiss those blue bags goodbye.

But please don’t put them in the blue cart, as they are not on the list of recyclables that are supposed to be loose and no longer bagged.
